Rapper Kanye West has reached out to his pal Jay-Z and has asked him to be his best man when he marries fiance Kim Kardashian - but Jigga wants nothing to do with it! In fact, Jay rejected Kanye's offer for the honor at his wedding celebration to the reality star. Oh snap!
According to the latest gossip, Jay-Z first agreed to do the whole best man thing, providing that his wife Beyonce and daughter Blue Ivy would NOT be filmed for Kim's reality show. An insider said, 'Jay is Kanye's closest friend so he wants him to be best man. Jay agreed initially but had one condition - under no circumstances can there be any reality TV shows filming him, his wife Beyonce or daughter Blue Ivy during the ceremony.'
Beyonce apparently doesn't want to go anywhere near 'Keeping Up With The Kardashians'. The insider said, 'She purposefully keeps herself away from trashy TV and isn't prepared to lower her standards for anyone, or any occasion.'
Those in charge of the E! reality show are said to be desperate to show the wedding ceremony, so it looks like Jay may not actually be Kanye's best man. The insider added, 'Bosses at E! are desperate to get the nuptials on air, and will pay millions to make it happen.'
