CBSSports.com released some charts on how many people still have perfect brackets. After Dayton upset Ohio State , 80% of brackets were ruined. By yesterday's final game, only 0.2% of people still maintained a perfect bracket.
Buffett's billion was pledged to Yahoo, not CBSSports, but you can assume the percentages are roughly the same.
