Kim Kardashian addresses decision to go nude in Paper magazine: 'I love the ...
Kim Kardashian has no regrets.
The 34-year-old reality star shocked fans when she opted to go fully nude for a spread in the winter issue of Paper magazine, released last week.
Now, Kardashian is explaining the reason behind baring it all.
'I was so honored and excited to work with (photographer Jean-Paul Goude) because he is a legend, and for me that was something I wanted to do to make myself feel confident,' she said during an appearance Tuesday on Australian TV show 'The Project' via Us Weekly.
'As a role model I'm not saying anyone else should do that, but for me it was an art project and it taught me to do what you want to do,' she added, explaining she was trying to set an example.
'I'm never one to preach, but I felt really positive and really good about myself. I love the photos, I did it for me, I hope other people like them.'
The show's host Rove McManus changed the subject from nudity to well, her talent of balancing a champagne glass on her famous behind.

'Can you actually balance a champagne glass on your derriere, or was it all photoshopped?' he asked of her more demure Paper mag cover.
'My back hurt for about a week after that shoot...I used muscles..,' Kardashian responded.
'(Goude) has an art of posing you and it was definitely not comfortable,' she said with a laugh.
McManus then tried to recreate the act but had no such luck.
'You don't have as big a butt as I do,' she said as she attempted to help him.
Kardashian has made it abundantly clear she has no problem showing off her body and continued to prove that while promoting her new fragrance 'Fleur Fatale' in Melbourne, Australia Tuesday,
The TV personality stepped out in an extremely tight pink latex Atsuko Kudo dress.
