The 'We Can't Stop' singer admitted she missed a costume change during her concert in Milwaukee, and had to go out on stage wearing just her underwear.

'Not a new outfit for '23',' Cyrus, 21, tweeted. 'I didn't make my quick change and I couldn't not come out for the song so I just had to run out in my undies :( '

The pop star took to Twitter after the show to come clean - but chances are her audience wouldn't have guessed it was a mistake.
In other performances of the same song, Cyrus' costume has been similar. In Milwaukee, she only appeared to be missing a pair of chaps.
