Lawmakers are jumping in on the outrage over UPS and FedEx packages not making it under the tree by Christmas.


Now, Connecticut Senator Richard Bloomenthal wants UPS to refund customers whose packages didn't arrive on time for being left 'empty handed.' A UPS spokesperson says that while refunds are standard for delayed packages, the company suspended the policy for items shipped after December 10th due to poor weather and a shortened holiday shopping season.
