Star Wars Rebels shows off new look at Stormtroopers, main villain (Photo)
While Star Wars fans everywhere are waiting for any new information about the new Star Wars Episode VII, Disney isn't wasting anytime in hyping it's new animated series Star Wars: Rebels. The Episode VII front has been quite since late 2013 but the Rebels front has seen a slew of material released from action figure photos to stills from the series itself and Entertainment Weekly is adding to the promo pile with another image from the show.
This latest still once again hypes the main villain of the series, the Jedi-hunting Sith Lord Inquisitor, but we also get a new look at the Stormtroopers from the series.
Unlike the previous Clone Warsseries, Rebels is going to bridge the gap between prequel trilogy and original trilogy and with that comes a change in Stormtrooper apparel. Gone are the prequel era Clone army armor as they have been replaced wight he more traditional and widely recognized Stormtrooper outfits.
The series is slated to debut this upcoming fall on Disney XD and already Rebels is building up hype from all corners of the Star Wars fandom universe.
