BEREA, Ohio - The Cleveland Browns passed on their chance to pick fourth overall in the NFL draft Thursday night, trading the pick to the Buffalo Bills who selected Clemson wide receiver Sammy Watkins.

In exchange for the No. 4 selection, the Browns received the No. 9 pick and the Bills' first- and fourth-round picks in 2015.
The trade gives the Browns a pair of first rounders in next year's draft. Cleveland already has two first-rounders this year after trading running back Trent Richardson to Indianapolis for the Colts' first pick (No. 26) last fall.
