Ryan Braun leaves game with tightness in right side

Ryan Braun had to leave Thursday night's game with a side issue. No further information is yet known, but remember that Braun was on the DL from April 27 until May 13 due to a strained right oblique, so this could be a flare up.
Braun, 30, is hitting .289/.328/.529 with six doubles, seven homers and 19 RBI this season in 31 games. In addition to the oblique problem, he's also dealt with thumb issues this season.
If Braun has to hit the DL, he'll join fellow middle-of-the-order hitter Aramis Ramirez. The Brewers would then have Logan Schafer and Elian Herrera as options to see an uptick of playing time in the outfield.
That's getting a bit ahead of ourselves, though. Braun's issue could end up being simply of the day-to-day variety.
