The Black Keys beat Michael Jackson to No.1 album spot in US

The Black Keys are celebrating after beating King Of Pop Michael Jackson to claim the No.1 album in the US this week with their latest release, Turn Blue.
Turn Blue failed to outsell the Thriller star's posthumous album Xscape in the UK, but is currently sitting at the top of the Stateside Billboard Chart - their third LP to crack the Top 10.
Turn Blue sold 164,000 copies in the week ending May 18, while Xscape sold just 157,000.
This is sure to be welcome news to The Black Keys, after drummer Patrick Carney last week described Xscape to Rolling Stone as 'some fucking bullshit that sucks so bad that it took them three years after he died to make it listenable...Like he had to be dead for three years for it to be released.'
