Elisabeth Hasselbeck to join Fox News morning show

Elisabeth Hasselbeck's departure from has been expected. Now we know where she is headed: Fox News' morning show, The View Fox & Friends.
Wednesday will be her last day on The View, according to ABC.
She will replace Gretchen Carlson on Fox & Friends in mid-September.
'Elisabeth's warm and engaging personality made her a star on The View,' Fox News Chairman and CEO Roger Ailes said in a statement. 'She has proven to be an excellent conversationalist and I am certain she will make a great addition to our already successful morning franchise.'
Carlson will host her own one-hour daytime series on Fox News.
Before joining The View, Hasselbeck was known for competing on the second season of Survivor.
