Belmont fan distracts UNC foul shooter with a Miley Cyrus song
All he wanted was to break your [focus].
Belmont is visiting Chapel Hill for what most people expected to be an easy win for No. 11 North Carolina, so the visiting fans are pulling out all the stops to try and nullify the Tar Heels' home court advantage. With James McAdoo at the line, one Belmont fan launched into a spirited rendition of Miley Cyrus' Wrecking Ball, which may or may not have directly contributed to McAdoo missing the shot.
It's ironic that noted Michael Jordan fan Miley Cyrus is being used as a weapon against North Carolina.
