Selena Gomez is showing no signs of slowing down on Thanksgiving today with the songstress set to entertain folks in her home town later today when she graces the stage during the anticipated NFL half time show and has teased her excited fans with just hours to go.
The 'Come & Get It' songstress will be making an appearance at the AT&T Stadium in Arlington today when the Dallas Cowboys take on the Oakland Raiders and the half time show will see Selena treat the audience to tracks from her recent number one album 'Stars Dance.'

Clearly keen to ensure the set goes off smoothly without a hitch, Selena shared a couple of photos from rehearsals yesterday including one where she can be seen sitting on the pitch with the stage and huge light display in front of her, while another shows a view of the stadium and a Salvation Army statue. 'But tomorrow.... #NFL #HalfTime #Imready,' Selena captioned one of the photos.
The 21-year-old attended a press conference at the beginning of this month where she announced she would be performing the Thanksgiving Day show, revealing that it will be a particularly special occasion as she hails from Grand Prairie. 'I'm so excited to be here,' she told gathered members of the press at the official announcement.

'I'm from Texas, so I'm a little nervous, I'm not going to lie. But I'm very honoured and I hope that we come - me, and my dancers and my band - and we give Texas a really good show and I make them proud.'
Meanwhile, the 'Slow Down' singer has been in the midst of her world tour which has just wrapped up the North American leg and will take a break for Christmas before resuming in Tokyo, Japan on January 16 for the Asian leg. The jaunt will take on Australia from February 1 in Perth.
