Titans' Jake Locker leaves game against Jaguars with foot injury
NASHVILLE - Tennessee Titans quarterback Jake Locker suffered a right foot injury in the second quarter of Sunday's game against the Jacksonville Jaguars at LP Field.
The Titans announced his return was questionable. He returned to the sideline late in the third quarter on crutches, his foot in a protective boot.
Ryan Fitzpatrick replaced Locker and led a touchdown drive on his first series.
Locker was injured on an 8-yard run when Jaguars linebacker Russell Allen hit him. After fumbling on the next play, he limped to the sideline and was examined by doctors before heading to the locker room for X-rays.
Locker missed two games after suffering hip and knee injuries on Sept. 29 against the New York Jets.
Titans center Brian Schwenke (ankle) and return man Damian Williams (quad) were also injured in the first half and their returns are questionable.
