Capital OneThe best 30 year loan interest rates at Capital One Financial (NYSE:COF) are available starting at 4.000% today carrying an APR of 4.052%. The jumbo 30 year loans at the bank have been listed at 3.875% and an APR of 3.907% a bit higher than the non-jumbo loans.
The short term 15 year fixed rate mortgages are published at 3.375% today and an APR of 3.466%.
The Jumbo version of the 15 year fixed rate mortgages are on the books at 3.625% today yielding an APR of 3.663%. 5/1 ARM loans at Capital One stand at 3.000% with a starting APR of 2.967%. 7 year ARMs have been published at 3.125% currently with an APR of 3.039% to start.
HSBC
Standard 30 year fixed rate loans at HSBC Bank (NYSE:HBC) are 4.125% today carrying an APR of 4.192%. The lower FHA 30 year loans are published at 3.875% at the bank with a bit higher APR of 4.045%. The VA version of the 30 year fixed rate mortgages are coming out at 3.875% and APR of 4.041%.

5 year ARMs can be had for 3.040% at HSBC with an APR of 2.914% to start. The 7/1 Adjustable Rate Mortgages are being quoted at 3.250% today with an APR of 3.044%. 10 year ARM interest rates are 3.625% carrying an APR of 3.350%.
