DENVER -- The Frontier Airlines plane that the Dallas nurse, who is infected with Ebola, flew on is back in Denver on Wednesday.
The Dallas nurse caught the virus from a patient and she flew across the Midwest on the plane the day before she became sick.
It is parked at Denver International Airport, the headquarters of Frontier Airlines. The plane was cleaned twice before flying back to Denver, according to Frontier. As another precaution, the seat covers and carpets in the plane will be removed. The airline is going to change the environmental filters on the plane.
Frontier's CEO also told employees that the crew from Monday's flight has been placed on a 21-day leave as precaution, according to reports in Denver. It was a decision made by the airline.
