Nicki Minaj Pushes Back Album Release Date... Again
Nicki Minaj has pushed back the release date of her next album.
For the second time in a few weeks.
It's unknown why, but 'The Pinkprint' will now be available on December 15, as opposed to the previously-announced date of November 24.
The news arrived in a press release announcing Minaj's new single, 'Only,' which features Drake, Lil Wayne and Chris Brown and drops on today.
The upcoming album will feature such hit tracks as 'Pills N Potions' and 'Anaconda,' the latter of which Minaj performed at the MTV Music Video Awards and which also broke Miley Cyrus' record for most VEVO plays in a 24-hour period.
Minaj, meanwhile, just underwent a rather big change in her personal life as well.
She split from Safaree Samuels, her boyfriend of 14 years. Yes, 14 years!!! Perhaps that explains why she's delayed 'The Pinkprint' release. She may just need some time to grieve.
And we wouldn't blame her, would you?
At least Minaj's album will still be available in time for Christmas. Talk about the ideal stocking stuffer!
