According to the Palm Beach Post, Tiger Woods will open his own restaurant in Jupiter, Fla.
The restaurant will be called 'The Woods Jupiter: Sports and Dining Club' (creative) and should open in 2015.
Woods told the paper that community is important to him.
'I envision a place where people can meet friends, watch sports on TV and enjoy a great meal,' Woods said. 'I wanted to build it locally where I live and where it could help support the community.'
I'm interested to see what directions Woods goes with his brand as he enters his 40s. Jack Nicklaus and Arnold Palmer have diversified to the point that they make more than most active golfers even now, and Woods could (and probably will) easily do the same.
