Colts player wearing helmet head
Things got heated between the Indianapolis Colts and Tennessee Titans during the second quarter of their game Thursday night.
As Chris Johnson ran off tackle, Colts outside linebacker Erik Walden and Titans tight end Delanie Walker were engaged in a block that quickly turned ugly when Walden grabbed Walker's facemask and ripped his helmet off.
THEN THIS HAPPENED: 
Somehow, Walden wasn't ejected, though its possible he'll hear from the NFL league office later.
Said NFL Network analyst Mike Mayock: 'You can't head-butt a guy without a helmet. That's horrible.'
Yes, it is. YES. IT. IS.
