Orlando Bloom opens up about split from Miranda Kerr
Actor says he and supermodel ex are focused more on parenting than their problems.
He doesn't seem particularly broken up about it, but Orlando Bloom was game to chat about his recently announced separation from wife Miranda Kerr.
The Romeo & Juliet star stopped by Katie Thursday, where he told host Katie Couric that he and his supermodel ex are more focused on parenting than their problems.
'We love each other. We're a family. We're going to be in each others lives for the rest of our lives,' he sa id. 'There's no question, for the sake of our son and everything else, we're going to support one another and love each other as parents to Flynn.'
He then waxed philosophical a bit about the split.
'Life sometimes doesn't work out exactly as we plan or hope for, but fortunately we're adults. I'm 36 now, she's 30 and we're professionals and we love and care about each other and we most of all love our son.'
