The 64-year-old estranged husband of Kris Jenner stepped out in Thousand Oaks, Calif. while filming scenes for Keeping Up With the Kardashians. Jenner, sporting long hair, wore a blue T-shirt that exposed his neck during the outing.

The E! star recently underwent a procedure at Beverly Hills Surgical Center to flatten his Adam's apple. A source tells Us Weekly the Olympian intended to have the work done in December but postponed it until Jan. 19 after his plans were leaked.

One possible reason for his secrecy: The procedure can be a step toward becoming a woman. The laryngeal shave -- which starts at $5,000 -- 'is, in many cases, a part of gender-reassignment surgeries,' explains NYC-based cosmetic surgeon Michael Jones. 'But that's not the only reason to have it.'
The former decathlete, for instance, says he simply wanted to change a problem spot: 'I just didn't like my trachea.'
