10 year loans at the bank have been listed at 2.900% and APR of 3.338%. The best 20 year loan interest rates at the bank are on the books at 3.930% today with an APR of 4.168%.
3 year ARM loans are on the books at 5.000% yielding an APR of 3.530%. ARMs in the 5 year category have been quoted at 2.790% at PHH Mortgage showing an APR of 2.928%. 7/1 ARM interest rates have been published at 3.080% today yielding an APR of 3.067% to start. The 10 year ARM loans start at 3.625% currently and an APR of 3.455%.
30 year refinance loans are available starting at 3.50% at PHH Mortgage today with an APR of 3.723% . Shorter term, popular 15 year refi loans are published at 2.75% today carrying an APR of 3.239% . The 7/1 ARM interest rates are coming out at 2.625% currently and the APR is 3.141% .
