The family feud between Casey Kasem's wife and children isn't dead and buried - and apparently neither is the legendary radio host.

A spokesperson for Kasem's daughter Kerri confirmed to the Daily News that the 'American Top 40' host's body remains at a mortuary in Tacoma, Washington a month after his death.

His second wife of 33 years, Jean Kasem, has the rights to his body but apparently has not made any arrangements for a proper burial.

The former voice of Shaggy from 'Scooby Doo' died on June 15 in hospice care, of Lewy Body disease, a progressive form of dementia. He was 82.

His children from his first marriage, Kerri, Julie, and Mike Kasem, have been vocal about their stepmother's handling of Kasem's healthcare - accusing Jean Kasem of keeping them from seeing their father, or calling for nearly a year before he died.

In his final weeks Kasem's children feuded with his wife over whether to keep feeding and hydrating the ailing radio host - and a judge ultimately ruled he could be taken off of feeding tubes, as they proved 'harmful' to his health in his last dates.

'Giving food and water to a dying body creates pain and further suffering,' Kerri Kasem explained on her Facebook page at the time.

'My father can no longer digest foods, and fluids fill his lungs up and will suffocate him.'

While his children held a funeral service for their father shortly after his death, Jean Kasem did not attend.
