Where's Garth Brooks playing next?

Now it's Atlanta's turn.

Last Friday, Garth Brooks sold out 10 shows in Chicago for the first stop on his comeback world tour.

Today, he announced Atlanta's Philips Arena as the tour's second stop. Brooks is set to play the home of the Atlanta Hawks Sept. 19. The arena has plenty of room for extra shows, too - other than Brooks' show, the venue's website doesn't list any other bookings between Sept. 13, the date of his last Chicago show, and Oct. 1.

Tickets, which will cost $71.50 including tax, a facility fee and a service charge, will go on sale Friday, Aug. 8, at 10 a.m. ET.

Brooks has also promised a new single and album before the end of the year, and he plans to start selling downloads of his catalog on his website.
