Standard 30 year fixed rate mortgages at TD Bank (NYSE:TD) are listed at 4.250% carrying an APR of 4.367% today. The lower FHA 30 year loans at the bank are listed at 3.875% with a rather higher APR of 5.030%. 15 year fixed rate mortgage interest rates at the bank stand at 3.500% today and an APR of 3.702%.


The 3 year ARM interest rates are coming out at 2.875% showing an APR of 2.884%. ARMs in the 5 year category at TD Bank are published at 3.250% carrying an APR of 3.031%. 7 year Adjustable Rate Mortgages are being offered for 3.375% with a starting APR of 3.147%. 10/1 Adjustable Rate Mortgages are coming out at 3.625% today with a starting APR of 3.396%.


The benchmark 30 year refinance fixed rate loan interest rates are 4.312% at TD Bank yielding an APR of 4.431% today. The short term 15 year refinance fixed rate loan interest rates have been quoted at 3.562% today carrying an APR of 3.767%. The 5/1 ARM loans at TD stand at 3.312%. with a starting APR of 3.054%. 7/1 ARMs stand at 3.438% today and APR of 3.178%.
