Robin Thicke and Paula Patton put their home on sale on Monday, July 21, five months after announcing their separation following nine years of marriage. The pair's home is located in the Hollywood Hills on the exclusive Bird Streets and they ask $2.985 million for the 3,158-square-foot property. According to The Hollywood Reporter, the house was bought by the singer's father Alan Thicke in the 1990s. He passed it to his singer son in 2005. The 2-story house features 3 bedrooms, a private pool, spa and garage among others and boasts a nice view to the city. Thicke and the ' Baggage Claim' actress have known each other for more than 20 years. They got married in 2005 and welcomed their son Julian in 2010. 'We will always love each other and be best friends, however, we have mutually decided to separate at this time,' they said in a statement in February. Thicke, however, is not giving up yet. The R&B superstar tried to woo her back by dedicating his latest album ' Paula', released on July 1, to her. 'I try to keep most of that private, but, I haven't seen her for four months. We're cool. She's the best girl in the world, a great mother and still a good friend,' he said during the interview with New York's Hot 97. 'We're apart because we just couldn't be together anymore for a while. There's a hundred different reasons, there isn't just one. There's a long list... I changed, and I got a little too selfish, a little too greedy, and little too full of myself,' he continued.
