Arian Foster slams helmet, leaves game after non

Arian Foster was injured in the third quarter against the Eagles. (USATSI)

If Arian Foster's actions are any indication, the Texans running back might have suffered a serious injury against the Eagles on Sunday.

On a first-and-10 play in the third quarter, Foster took a handoff from Ryan Fitzpatrick, ran about one yard, and then went down on his own. Foster then grabbed his hamstring-area after the play.

The Texans running back then headed to the sideline and slammed his helmet to the ground.

Foster went to the locker room after the play and it looks like the Texans will have to win the game without him. Foster carried the ball 15 times for 56 yards before the injury. The Texans running back also had 63 yards and a touchdown through the air.

Houston was trailing Philadelphia 24-14 heading into the fourth quarter. You can follow the game with our CBSSports.com game tracker here.
