Ariana Grande really, really wants you to know that she's not a diva.

Appearing in InStyle magazine's December 2014 issue, the 'Break Free' songstress is debunking rumors that she has outlandish demand and an attitude problem. Referring to a report that she once hoped her fans would ' fucking die,' the 21-year-old says that the rumor is complete 'fictional.'

'That one had me laughing hysterically Because anyone who knows me or has done any homework at all knows that I would literally give a limb for my fans,' she explains.

'Some things are easier now, and others are harder,' she adds of life in the spotlight. 'I never expected to be in a position where so many people are invested in every little thing I say and so.'

'Part of me wants to say, 'Oh my god, that's so not me! Please don't believe that!''

Previously, Grande, who was also said to have stormed out of a photo shoot, demanded fans to delete her photos and forced clear a hotel lobby, said that she doesn't mind being called a 'diva' these days.

'It's funny how a certain amount of success comes with a certain amount of weird, inaccurate depictions of you,' she told The Telegraph. 'I also think a lot of people don't know what the word 'diva' means. If you want to call me a diva I'll say, 'Um, well, cool.' Barbra Streisand is a diva; that's amazing. Celine Dion is a diva; thank you. But if you want to call me a bitch, that's not accurate. Because it's just not in my nature.'
