To close out the first season of HBO's 'Last Week Tonight,' John Oliver shot several other TV hosts and actors with fish.
Jon Stewart, Jimmy Fallon, David Letterman, Tom Hanks and Anderson Cooper were all targets of the British funnyman's fish-flinging stunt, along with several other high-profile TV talking heads.
Oliver introduced the bit after playing a Washington State TV news report about a 'salmon cannon' that is used to propel the upstream-swimming fish over hydroelectric dams.
'Let me tell you how much I love the salmon cannon,' Oliver boomed from his desk. 'We love it so much, we made our own cannon this week.'
The HBO show wrapped up its first season Sunday, and was set return for a second in February.
