Malin Akerman's Estranged Husband Roberto Zincone Files for Divorce

Malin Akerman and estranged husband Roberto Zincone are making their split official.
The 35-year-old Trophy Wife actress' former rocker beau filed for divorce last week, E! News confirms.
Zincone submitted the divorce docs to an L.A. court last Wednesday, the day before Thanksgiving. Zincone cited 'irreconcilable difference' as the reason for the divorce and is asking the court to award him visitation of their baby boy Sebastion but is giving physical custody to Akerman.
Akerman and Zincone were married for six years.

Akerman and Zincone's divorce comes about seven months after they welcomed their first child together. 'My husband and I welcomed our beautiful, healthy baby boy to this world this morning! Biggest joy of my life!!! #lovemykid,' she tweeted at the time, adding, 'PS and his name is...Sebastian Zincone :))) Love him more than life itself!! #whatafeeling !!!'
News of the couple's separation broke last week. 'It's as amicable as can be, and they want to do what's best for their son,' a source close to the couple told Us.
The blond beauty and her ex-hubby met when they played together in the rock band The Petalstones almost a decade ago.
