More than 19000 without power in Maryland
TOWSON, Md. - More than 19,000 customers are without power in Maryland as winter weather moves through the region.
Baltimore Gas and Electric reports the majority of its outages are in Baltimore County, where about 4,000 customers were without power. Another 2,000 customers are without power in Harford County.

Pepco says 7,100 of its customers are without power in Prince George's County. And Potomac Edison says about 2,800 customers in Frederick County are without power.
