Sources: Colon, Mets Agree To Deal

Veteran right-handed pitcher Bartolo Colon has agreed to a two-year, $20 million deal with the New York Mets, sources confirmed to ESPN.com's Buster Olney and ESPNNewYork.com's Adam Rubin.


The deal is still pending a physical.


Colon, 40, had a resurgent season with the Oakland Athletics in 2013, going 18-6 with a 2.65 ERA.
