The Raiders traded Terrelle Pryor to the Seattle Seahawks on Monday, according to mutliple reports.
Pryor was a third-round pick in the 2011 supplemental draft out of Ohio State and spent three seasons with the Raiders.
Pryor is entering the final year of the four-year contract he signed in 2011. An earlier FOX Sports report said that Pryor asked to be traded or released, even before the Raiders acquired Matt Schaub. and made him the clear-cut starter.
Pryor started nine games for the Raiders last season, including the regular-season opener and the season finale. In between, undrafted rookie Matt McGloin started six games and veteran Matt Flynn started one.
Raiders coach Dennis Allen said in late March that McGloin is ahead of Pryor on a depth chart that also features veteran Trent Edwards. In other words, Pryor was viewed as the No. 3 quarterback, at best, three months after he started the Raiders final game of the 2013 season.
The Seahawks recently re-signed Tavaris Jackson one a one-year deal to back up Russell Wilson.
