Using income tax, social policy makes the code needlessly complicated. As we know that each think has positive and negative side, so this tax system is not out of this. There are many advantages and disadvantages of tax system.
The advantages of tax system are:
1) Tax credits have greater political popularity than any government program. So tax system can build support for health overhaul.
2) The safety and net health care for low- income people.
3) It can avoid social stigma.
4) This process creates Internal Revenue Service to serve a social policy agenda, help families and child care tax.
The disadvantages of tax system are:
1) it creates complicated state for those people who cannot afford tax- preparation services.
2) This is a challenge for those people who may not have stable employment for the coming year.
3) It makes the mission failed when $385 billion or more are uncollected within a year in taxes owned.
