Eminem threatens to 'punch Lana Del Rey right in the face' in freestyle rap

Lana Del Rey is the latest target in Eminem's lyrical threats.
The Detroit rapper not only put Del Rey at the center of his verbal lashing, but he also referenced Ray Rice, who was booted from the NFL after a video surfaced of him knocking out his wife Janay Rice.
'I may fight for gay rights, especially if they d--e is more of a knockout than Janay Rice,' he raps. 'Play nice? B--ch I'll punch Lana Del Rey right in the face twice, like Ray Rice in broad daylight in the plain sight of the elevator surveillance / 'Til her head is banging on the railing, then celebrate with the Ravens.'
Rapper Azealia Banks was reportedly the first to respond on behalf of Del Rey tweeting, 'But does Eminem know that I will personally punch him in his mouth?!'

Em words came from a freestyle rap he recorded to promote his new compilation album 'Shady XV.' In the past his verbal targets have included Christina Aguilera, Mariah Carey and Britney Spears.
It's a lucky guess that Del Rey, who has not responded to his words, may not boast about the 'Slim Shady' rapper she once described as a 'genius' after hearing his derogatory lyrics aimed at her.
'He really changed my life. I didn't know music could be intelligent,' she said in a 2012 interview. 'He wasn't just rhyming for rhyme's sake. That made me think I could actually talk about the way things actually were. He's a genius.'
