An Entourage Movie Is Really Happening!

This is not a drill, people.
Entourage fans have been through an emotional rollercoaster for the past few years when it came to taking the popular HBO series and turning into a film for the big screen, but it looks as though the project is actually happening. No, really.
Doug Ellin, the show creator and director, tweeted a photo of the cast today with the (wonderful) words, 'It's a go. love you all.'
Meanwhile, Jerry Ferrara -otherwise known as Turtle on the series-echoed Ellin's sentiments, tweeting, 'I am proud to announce the movie is officially a GO! Have to thank @wbpictures and @HBO for all the support to make this happen!'
The actor continued, 'On behalf of the 4 guys I wanna also thank the #entourage fans for the patience. The BOYS are BACK. ' it always works out.''
In September, it seemed as though the production was up in the air after Warner Bros. gave it the greenlight back in January, due to some stars reportedly not signing a deal for the flick because they were allegedly holding out for more money.
Regardless, Perry Reeves, who played Ari's wife, still seemed optimistic about it at the time.
'We are slowly but surely getting close to filming it,' she said at the Mara Hoffman show during New York Fashion Week. 'They keep pushing the date, but we will make it. We are all coming back.'
She added: 'We are being so cautious on what we say because we have not started shooting yet. I think people are really excited to see it and it's still in the consciousness of people's minds. I always say don't let it go too long.'
