Halloween is approaching and Gisele Bundchen and Tom Brady are getting an early start on the celebrations.

The supermodel and her New England Patriots player husband attended a festive costume party in Boston on Monday night where they dressed up as Dorothy and the cowardly lion from the Wizard of Oz.

Gisele looked stunning in her Dorothy costume, showing off her endless legs in a short gingham dress and over the knee socks.

While Gisele arrived at the party wearing red heels, she left in a pair of sensible brown flats.

Gisele donned a heavy coat over her outfit for the journey between the house and car.

Meanwhile, Tom looked a world away from his usual hunky self, covered head to toe in a lion costume.

He sported a long tail and a heavy mane and needed some help with his costume from his beautiful wife.

Gisele couldn't help giggling at her handsome husband as she adjusted the back of his outfit.

The fun loving couple were enjoying a rare night out away from their children Benjamin, four and baby daughter Vivian. The family also includes Tom's five-year-old son Jack with ex-girlfriend Bridget Moynahan.

While the duo have a home in Brentwood, California and are building a palatial pad in Boston where Tom plays football, they recently splashed out on a condo on the 47th floor of a high-rise in the Flatiron district of New York City.

They forked over the hefty sum of $14million for the apartment.

'They went for the model apartment, which is a full-floor private residence with amazing city and river-to-river plus park views,' a source told the New York Post's Page Six.

Gisele, 33, and Tom, 36 picked a three-bedroom pad in the recently renovated One Madison apartments.

And the pair don't have to worry about sprucing up their latest property, as it is already exquisitely decorated by Danish interior designer Thomas Juul-Hansen.

The condominium features oversized doors and solid quarter-sawn white oak plank floors, according to the Post.

And there is plenty of space for all of their designer clothes in the master bedroom's his and hers wardrobes, while the adjacent bathroom has a vanity for each star as well as a huge tub.

Gisele and Tom previously owned separate properties in New York, with the Brazilian beauty selling her triplex for $4.4million and her other half raking in $17.5million for his condo.
