Justin Bieber was spotted in New York City on Friday posing for photos with fans.
Justin Bieber has arrived in the Big Apple for the big game.
After being held at New Jersey's Teterboro Airport on Friday for several hours on suspicion that he and his entourage had been smoking pot on his private jet, the Biebs jetted off to Maxim Magazine's 'Big Game Weekend' Super Bowl pre-party in New York City.
The 19-year-old 'Boyfriend ' singer was cleared through customs at about 8:30 p.m., law enforcement sources told the Daily News of his rough start to the weekend.
The Biebs reportedly arrived at Maxim's swanky bash around 2 a.m. with his crew.
According to TMZ, Bieber was not too keen on being photographed at the affair and bodyguards shined lights on anyone that attempted to steal a snap.
I n a photo obtained by the gossip site, the troubled star can be seen giving the middle finger through a crowd of people.
Other celeb guests at the event included 'Breaking Bad's' Aaron Paul, Jon Gosselin, Jill Zain and Todd English.
The teen heartthrob's late night out comes after weeks of legal woes.
The Canadian pop star was charged on Wednesday with assaulting a limo driver in Toronto from an incident in late December and was pulled over on Jan 23. in Miami Beach for driving under the influence, an expired license and resisting arrest.
He pleaded not guilty to those charges and his formal arraignment is set for Valentine's Day.
