It's unclear why, but she has been having a rough time lately.

Tori Spelling was recently hospitalized for undisclosed reasons, according to reports from E! and Us Weekly.

The former 90210 star, 40, has shared intimate, painful details about her relationship with Dean McDermott on her Lifetime reality series True Tori, including the devastating news that McDermott had an affair with a 28-year-old woman in December.

It's unclear if Spelling's hospitalization is related to stress from filming the show.

E! says Spelling was spotted on Saturday 'with a pink hospital band still on her wrist as her husband helped her make her way to an awaiting SUV.'

According to E!, McDermott stayed by Spelling's side at the hospital, often visiting for up to 10 hours a day. E! says Spelling was hospitalized for 'at least six days.'

The next episode of True Tori airs Tuesday night at 10.
