NEW YORK (AP) - ABC's 'The View' says it will play host to Porsha Williams, the 'Real Housewives of Atlanta' personality who is facing a battery charge after allegedly attacking a fellow cast member during taping of that show.
Williams will break her silence and address the 'Housewives' incident when she appears on Tuesday's edition of 'The View.'
On the 'Housewives' reunion special, which was taped in March and aired on Bravo earlier this week, Williams and co-star Kenya Moore became embroiled in a physical confrontation. Moore said she was assaulted by Williams, who now is facing a charge of battery.
Williams is the ex-wife of former NFL standout Kordell Stewart and the granddaughter of the late civil rights leader Hosea Williams.
'The View' airs daily at 11 a.m. Eastern time.
