LG G3 release date: where can I get it?

You want it? Well here's where to get it

The LG G3 has touched down in all its glory, bringing a spangly new QHD screen and some meaty specs, including a laser focus 13MP rear camera and a 2.5GHz quad-core Snapdragon 801 processor.

The phone will be available in Korea starting May 28, and the G3 will roll out to over 170 countries following that date - with the UK expected to see it on July 1. But who will be stocking the new handset, and, perhaps most important, who will be giving you get the best deal?

Well, we've done the hard work for you, rounding up the places that'll be offering LG's new handset and the prices they'll be offering it for.

O2

The bubbly network has confirmed it will be stocking the LG G3, although there's currently no information on tariffs on its website.

It has pegged the G3 release date as 'early July' - a little later than we were initially hoping for.

Three

Another network who's already got on the LG G3 bandwagon is Three, with the data friendly carrier also confirming it'll be stocking the QHD monster.

No word on the G3 release date or price though.

Vodafone and EE

We're still waiting to hear from Vodafone and EE as to whether they'll be stocking the LG G3.

Carphone Warehouse

Over at the high street retailer, a spokesperson has told TechRadar that LG G3 pre orders will go live on June 3, and the UK sales date is July 1.

Online retailers

Clove has revealed a SIM-free price for the LG G3, posting the 16GB black and gold versions of the handset on its site for £499.

If that price is correct - it could well be subject to change - it would make the LG G3 cheaper than the Galaxy S5, One M8 and Xperia Z2.

In terms of a LG G3 release date Clove states: 'first stock due to ship July 1.' You can't buy the G3 just yet though, but you can provide your email address to be notified when it goes on sale.
