Things haven't been going too great for Naya Rivera lately.
A source confirms to E! News that the actress and aspiring singer is no longer signed with Columbia Records.
Rivera-who signed with the label in 2011, making her one of the first Glee stars to land a solo contract-announced plans to begin work on an album in summer 2011 and released her debut single 'Sorry,' featuring her former fiancé Big Sean, last September, but did not release a full-length with Columbia, according to .
The label had no comment.
The news comes on the heels of E! News learning that Naya will not be included in Glee's season finale. Though the original plan was to include Naya in the final episode of the season, slated for May 13, her character Santana Lopez has been written out of the script, we are told by multiple sources.
And to clarify, Rivera's rep tells E! News, 'Any reports or rumors circulating that Naya Rivera was let go or fired from Glee are absolutely untrue. End of story.'
It has not been decided yet whether Naya will return for Glee's sixth and final season, slated to air this fall. The full cast won't be determined officially until end of June. 'We love Naya and want only the best for her,' says one insider who works on the show. 'Hopefully we can work it out.'
Although it would seem as though the brunette beauty hasn't had the greatest week, Naya posted a photo on Instagram today with a hopeful caption alongside a gorgeous photo of herself flaunting major cleavage. She wrote, '#TBT and a little preview of what's to come...it's gunna be a good summer! '
