Chelsea Handler is moving to Netflix
Netflix is known for creating some projects that keep viewers continually wanting more like in their shows Orange is the New Black and House of Cards. Now, it seems they are taking on the task of picking up the hilarious, and sometimes perverted, Chelsea Handler.
It seems that Netflix will now be having it's own late-night talk show hosted by none other than Chelsea herself. A rep from Netflix told Ace Showbiz it is 'in the style of a late-night show' but will have an 'updated format' and 'encompass Chelsea's unfiltered opinions on topical entertainment and cultural issues, as well as her signature guest interviews.'
Hollywood Reporter got this answer out of Chelsea when she explained why she wanted to make the move, 'If I was going to continue working in this industry, I knew I had to do something outside the box to keep myself interested. I wanted to sit with the cool kids at lunch so I approached Netflix to make sure they were as cool as I thought they were.'
Everyone's favorite rude female doesn't seem to be going anywhere anytime soon, so everyone is bound to be on the edge of their seats to see what she will be doing next.
