U.S. striker Jozy Altidore will reportedly miss the team's game Sunday against Portugal.

Altidore left the field on a stretcher midway through the first half of the U.S. team's opening-game win over Ghana on Monday with an injured left hamstring and was scheduled to undergo an MRI the next day.

U.S. Soccer reported that Altidore is out for Sunday's game, but reported that Clint Dempsey will play.
