Justin Bieber has escaped any major jail time in a pretty big way!
According to sources, the Biebsy, who had been charged with DUI back in January in Miami, along with resisting arrest, and driving without a valid license, will plead guilty only to reckless driving!
In exchange, he'll have to pay a fine and attend anger management classes. That's right! No probation for JB, and once the fine is paid, the reckless driving conviction will be taken off his record.
We're sure the subject matter will make it onto his next musical record though!
Oh, Justin's friend Khalil will enter the same plea, and a pay a fine, but he won't even have to go attend any classes!
Apparently the judge in this case originally wanted Justin to star in an anti-drug PSA, and prosecutors wanted to go to a drug/alcohol ed course, but both options were denied by Justin's legal team.
We hope those anger management classes work out well for Justin! Seems as long as he doesn't try grabbing ant more people's cell phone, he'll be legally okay!
