Key industries workers get the most pay increases
Today, as the economy is recovering, the pay can increase for most industries. However, 5 years already passed after the Great Recession ended and across the industries, the raises continue to be uneven. On the whole, it kept the process up. According to Katie Bardaro, an economist at PayScale, 'If your field is in-demand and you have the proper set of skills, there is a chance to get higher raise.'
