Beyoncé and Jay Z may have been no-shows at Kim Kardashian and Kanye West's wedding, but momager Kris Jenner revealed it was not something that put a damper on the joyous day.
'There was so much commotion and excitement, I never really gave that a second thought,' the 58-year-old reality star told Australian breakfast radio co-hosts Kyle and Jackie O Tuesday.
'If you had been there, you would have thought that was the last thing on anyone's mind.'
Bey and Jay passed on their invite to Kimye's lavish affair at Forte di Belvedere in Florence, Italy. Instead, the duo reportedly spent Memorial Day weekend in the Hamptons.
'(I) just assumed they were working,' Jenner said on the radio show, adding that the Carters did send their well wishes.
Beyoncé took to Instagram on the couple's big day and shared a photo of the West family's Vogue spread.
'Wishing you a lifetime of unconditional love,' she captioned the image.
Other famous faces and invitees that did not witness Kardashian and West's big moment were Brody Jenner, Rob Kardashian and Vogue Editor-in-Chief Anna Wintour.
