Assayas -- whose Clouds of Sils Maria played in competition at the 2014 Cannes Film Festival -- is set to begin shooting the heist action-thriller in October in Chicago and Toronto. Plot details are being kept under wraps.

Charles Gillibert developed the project, and is producing alongside CG Cinema, Bluegrass Films' Scott Stuber, Film 360's Scott Lambert, Alexandra Milchan and Benaroya. Ben Sachs is executive producing for Benaroya Pictures.
