Lindsay Lohan's mom had her license suspended for a year for drunk driving Tuesday by a Long Island judge who gave her a lecture on personal responsibility.

A smiling Dina Lohan emerged from a silver Rolls Royce to face sentencing at Nassau District Court in Hempstead, L.I., wearing a beige dress, white jacket, high heels and sunglasses.

Lohan, 51, was busted on the Northern State Parkway in September going 77 mph in a 55-mph zone. Her blood-alcohol level was nearly three times the legal limit.

During an April court appearance, she pleaded guilty to aggravated driving while intoxicated and agreed to do 100 hours of community service to avoid jail time. On Tuesday she submitted proof she had completed the community service.

Her lawyer Mark Heller thanked the court for its 'even-handed justice.'

'This has been an onerous ordeal for her,' Heller added.

Judge Andrew Engel seemed to take offense.

'The only person responsible for this 'onerous ordeal' is Ms. Lohan herself,' Engel said. 'Fortunately, you didn't kill anybody or kill yourself. If there's a next time, you might not be so lucky. '

'There won't be a next time,' Lohan told the judge.

'Hopefully we won't see you back,' the judge responded.

'I won't be back,' Lohan vowed.

Engel revoked Lohan's license for a year and ordered her to complete a drunk-driving program and attend a victim impact panel by Nov. 28.

She was also ordered to pay $3,085 in fines and to have a device installed in her car that will prevent ignition if she fails a Breathalyzer test.
