Apple Eliminating 200 Jobs at Beats Following $3 Billion Acquisition
Apple, after acquiring headphone and streaming-music service Beats, is laying off about 200 staffers, about 29% of the company's 700 staffers, according to multiple reports.
Apple reps did not respond to a request for comment.
The job cuts were reported by 9to5Mac on Wednesday, followed by outlets including Bloomberg and the New York Post.
