Judge Tells Bethenny Frankel To Stop Wearing Her Daughter's Pajamas

No more pajamas for Bethenny Frankel, at least not ones meant for a 4-year-old.
Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Ellen Gesmer told Frankel's lawyer Allan Mayefsky 'no more pajamas' during a hearing on Thursday for Frankel and Jason Hoppy's ongoing divorce proceedings, according to the New York Daily News. Frankel was waiting outside the courtroom at the time.
Gesmer was referring to a July photo of Frankel posing in her 4-year-old daughter Bryn's Hello Kitty pajamas. The 43-year-old posted the photo on Instagram, writing: 'This is my daughter's nightgown and PJ shorts. Think we're ready to start sharing clothes yet?'
When Mayefsky said it was just a joke, Gesmer replied, 'It's not a joke. Her child is not a joke,' explaining that things posted to the Internet can circulate for years.
The judge called the pajama incident 'ridiculous,' according to the New York Post's Page Six, and said Frankel showed poor judgment by posting such a photo online.
The reality star dealt with backlash after posting the photo in July. Fellow 'Real Housewives' star Tamra Barney was one of the biggest critics, saying Frankel was 'begging for attention.'
The SkinnyGirl mogul shot back at detractors:
